Shear Paradise will be opening May 1st, 2020 and operating under a curbside drop off and pick up protocol until future notice. No human clients will be allowed to enter the building. Please read the information below carefully to help us move thru this process more smoothly.
We are asking all clients to monitor their symptoms at home. If you are feeling
“under the weather” we ask that you PLEASE reschedule your dog’s grooming appointment.
Walk and potty your dog AT HOME before driving to the salon. To avoid gatherings in our parking lot we are asking our clients NOT to walk their dog when they arrive at the salon.
When you arrive at the salon PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR. We will be watching for everyone to arrive during our regular drop off times (T/TH/F 7:30-9am, Sat 7-9am)
NO collars, harness, sweaters, jackets or leashes will be allowed to enter our building. When we come out to get your dog from the car please have all of these items already removed. We will be using our own slip leads to take your dog into the building.
Our staff will be following the guidelines regulated by our government inside the salon. Gloves and masks will be worn by receptionist staff at all times, and masks will be worn by all the groomers and staff working on the dogs. Grooming stations have been “socially distanced” from each other. We have always and continue to adhere to strict sanitation codes for our salon.
When your dog is DONE with grooming our receptionist will call you with a total amount. Cash or checks will be accepted at pick up time, or credit card payments over the phone. We ask that you pick up your dog in a timely manner.
If you need any supplies like dog food, treats, bones or toys these items are available for purchase and will be delivered to your car upon arrival.
We will not be dressing the dogs in any bows or bandanas for the time being.
When you arrive to pick up your dog, please remain in your car. Our staff will be watching for cars in the parking lot. We will bring out your freshly groomed dog to your car!
