Hi, my name is Heather! I started working at Shear Paradise as a full time groomer in April 2009, but I  have been working in the grooming industry for 10 years. Shear paradise has been, by far, the best atmosphere for me. It is wonderful to be accompanied by a friendly group of hard-working people and fantastic pets! It makes every day a lot of fun!

When I am not at work I enjoy reading, learning new things (which includes ever-so-slowly earning a college degree), and being creative and artistic with my hobbies, such as writing, painting and, occasionally, jewelry making.

 

At home I have five four-legged companions, four cats (Starla, Pixie, Sketch, and Kazoo), and a rat terrier named Aiko that will sometimes accompany me at Shear Paradise.

My future plans include finally earning my bachelors degree, reaching out to the community through volunteer work, and hopefully finding oppurtunities to travel!
